When placing an order through the website, the user acknowledges having read and approved the Preliminary Information Form and the Distance Sales Agreement presented before the order is completed.

FitBites offers food products made with dates and various other ingredients. The current list of ingredients, allergen information, net quantity, storage conditions, and best-before date are stated on the product packaging. The descriptions on the website are provided for informational purposes; the current information on the product packaging shall prevail.

The products may contain ingredients that can cause allergies or sensitivities, including dates, almonds, hazelnuts, pistachios, coconut, milk and dairy products, soy, chocolate, cocoa, or coffee. There may also be a risk of cross-contact with other allergens in the production environment.

Individuals with allergies, food intolerances, or special dietary requirements should carefully review the ingredients and allergen information on the packaging before consuming the product.

Product images displayed on the website are prepared to represent the actual products as accurately as possible. Minor differences in product colour and appearance may occur due to screen settings, packaging updates, or variations in production.

If the ordered product is unavailable or fulfilment of the order becomes impossible, the customer shall be notified within the period prescribed by applicable legislation, and the amount collected shall be refunded within the statutory period using a payment method consistent with the method originally used.

Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer during the ordering process through the contracted courier or delivery company.

The estimated delivery time may vary depending on the delivery address, courier company, public holidays, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond the Company’s control. Detailed information regarding product delivery is provided in the Shipping and Delivery Policy available on the website.

Detailed conditions concerning cancellations, returns, and the right of withdrawal are explained in the Refund Policy, Preliminary Information Form, and Distance Sales Agreement.

Under applicable legislation, the right of withdrawal may not be exercised for products that may deteriorate rapidly or whose expiration date may pass, as well as products whose packaging, tape, seal, wrapping, or similar protective elements have been opened after delivery and whose return is unsuitable for health or hygiene reasons.

If a damaged, incomplete, or incorrect product is received, the customer should, where possible, ask the courier to prepare a damage assessment report and contact the Company at info@fitbites.com.tr, providing the relevant order information.

Users are responsible for ensuring that all information provided when creating an account or placing an order is accurate, current, and complete.
